The Santa Fe Institute does a considerable amount of innovative, state-of-the-art research on the interaction between different sciences and nature. This site is highly recommended for anybody interested in human/animal behavior, science, engineering, biology, mathematical modeling, philosophy and the interaction between these different areas. The basic foundations of science will be changed this fall (September 2000). Stephen Wolfram's book, A New Kind of Science is expected to re-define how we think about the universe. Fields of science that are discussed include physics, mathematics, biology, computer science, among others.
